| I've never done a pre-order? | That's fine, many customers started the same way. We update you every step of the way, from payment to delivery. |
| Is pre-ordering worth it? | If you want to be more efficient during production, having the right tools makes your processes easier, faster and more convenient. |
| Can I pay when it arrives? | Payment alone secures your order, balance payments (if applicable) are completed when the item arrives before it's dispatched for delivery. |
| When do you purchase the pre-ordered items? | Within a week after the pre-order window is closed. |
| What if I change my mind? | Items are only sourced specifically for you and are not interchangeable once confirmed. That's why we encourage you to be sure before sending payment. |
| How long does it take for items to arrive? | Items take between 8 to 12 weeks to arrive after we've confirmed that the container has been loaded. |
| Are there delays at times? | Yes sometimes due to unforseen circumstances, there are delays. We communicate this promptly along the way. |
| I'm afraid that my item will not be delivered. | Your concern is valid. We track everything from purchase to arrival and give updates at every stage so you're never left guessing. We've also been doing this successfully since February, 2025. |
| Why should i pay before the item arrives? | Pre-order works differently from ready stock. Payment confirms your purchase and without it we can't purchase your item. |
| Is buying locally not better since i get it as soon as possible? | If you have the money and can't wait please go ahead and buy locally. Most of the tools and equipment are more expensive because of business running costs, logistics, storage costs and the time value of money. Pre-ordering them helps you to get them at a lower price without compromising the quality. |
| What if the item isn't good quality? | We work with tested and trusted suppliers and choose items that other formulators are already using successfully. |
| As for me I can't give you my money to wait for months to get my items. | Please buy locally, it means pre-order isn't meant for you. |
HOW DO I ORDER?
Tell us what you need.
We send prices (with deposits & balance payments where applicable).
Make payment to our mobile money wallet or bank account.
We confirm payments.
We purchase the item (when the pre-order window closes) from our suppliers.
We send you updates (eg. we have purchased it, it's been delivered to the shipping company, it's been loaded into the container etc)
We deliver your equipment once it's ready for dispatch.
